Two balconies and beautiful views make this split-level condo a fantastic choice for your Ocean City getaway. The unique layout offers both comfort and privacy, beginning with a first-floor primary suite featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light and ocean views. Upstairs, the main living area opens to a private oceanfront balcony, the perfect place to relax with the sound of the waves and the fresh ocean breeze. The well-appointed kitchen makes meal preparation easy, and the dining area offers seating for six, creating a comfortable space for gathering after a day at the beach. The second bedroom includes its own balcony, providing a peaceful place to unwind in the evening, while a second full bathroom with tub and shower is conveniently located just outside the bedroom door. With the beach just steps away, this inviting condo offers the perfect setting for a relaxing Ocean City vacation. Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week. Found many things that could be upgraded to make stay more enjoyable. Bathroom sinks were low, fixtures in all rooms need updating. Tv was tricky to figure out. A printout of how to navigate tv would be very helpful. Balcony furniture needs updating-not very comfortable and sit so low you can hardly see over railing.
