Two balconies! Beautiful unit with a great split level floor plan. Relaxing is easy in the first-floor private primary suite with floor to ceiling windows. Head upstairs to the main living area and enjoy the incredible view from the private ocean front balcony. Prepare meals in the well-appointed kitchen and gather at the dining table with seating for 6 or in the comfortable living area. Enjoy a nightcap on the second bedroom balcony. Another full bathroom is located right outside the bedroom door. A beach day is literally steps away! The Century I building offers an indoor pool and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment. Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026\. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction. Found many things that could be upgraded to make stay more enjoyable. Bathroom sinks were low, fixtures in all rooms need updating. Tv was tricky to figure out. A printout of how to navigate tv would be very helpful. Balcony furniture needs updating-not very comfortable and sit so low you can hardly see over railing.
