Walk to the Convention Center, dining, shops and the beach. Makai 405 is a bayfront unit. Makai is conveniently located on 42nd Street and the bayfront. Walk to the Convention Center, dining, shops and the beach. The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room. A drip coffee maker is provided. Bed sizes include a king, a queen and a queen sleep sofa. Linens are provided. Guest must bring all soaps and paper products. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. This property rents any 3 nights all season! This owner offers a $50 military discount. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25 Non-smoking. No pets, please. The condo space was the biggest on the 4th floor. The property was clean and easy to access. The only complaint we had was the mattresses. The king size mattress felt broken and very old/saggy.
