Our new favorite Vacasa rental!
I cannot express enough how perfect our stay was from start to finish for my daughters birthday weekend! Many of our pre check in inquiries were answered immediately by the local manager, Kyra, who went above and beyond to ensure my families stay went smoothly. Upon arrival, the home was absolutely pristine and welcoming! Many kudos to the cleaners for not having a single spec of sand found in an ocean front home, but to the homeowners as well for such thoughtful and quality items throughout completing the feel of a home rather than a rental space. Three separate bedroom suites provided privacy yet brought together by a large open living/kitchen space! Impromptu cooking night was met with a fully stocked kitchen! Having a large balcony with quality/comfortable patio furniture was the icing on the (birthday) cake to be able to watch the breathtaking ocean view sunrise from the East and bay sunsets from the West. The home was secured by the buildings private locked lobby and elevator which was added peace of mind. Having (2) parking spaces directly under the building also contributed to our stress-free trip! Despite being in town during a large music festival, within walking distance to many restaurants/bars, our quiet street and respectful neighbors also allowed for a much needed peaceful retreat. We cannot wait to visit Astoria 302 again!
