The Space:

Welcome to Beach Bliss, your perfect midtown getaway. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 and places you just steps from the sand with no roads to cross.



Start your mornings with coffee on the large private balcony, where you can take in ocean views and the calming sound of the waves. Located on the second floor, this condo offers a peaceful, non-smoking environment that’s ideal for a relaxing beach escape, while still being close to everything midtown has to offer.



Inside, the open living area is designed for comfort, featuring cozy seating, a smart TV, books, and board games—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The fully stocked kitchen includes new appliances along with cookware, spices, dishes, and small appliances like a Keurig, toaster, and blender, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The dining area seats six, with additional seating at the countertop.



The primary bedroom features a queen bed, smart Roku TV, ceiling fan, and a private ensuite bathroom with a full shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, along with a smart Roku TV. A second full bathroom is located in the hallway. A washer and dryer with detergent are also available for your convenience.



The large balcony extends off the living room and allows plenty of natural light into the north-facing unit without the intensity of afternoon sun. Sliding glass doors can be opened to let the ocean breeze and sound of the waves flow through the space.



Guests have access to two free dedicated parking spaces, WiFi, and a seasonal private pool with loungers and tables. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys are provided to make your time on the sand even easier. Elevator and ramp access are available in the building.



Located in the heart of midtown, you’ll be within easy walking distance of popular restaurants, shops, and conveniences, including local favorites and a full grocery store during the season.

Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the building and anywhere on the property within 20 feet of any structure. This policy includes all private balconies; violators of this rule are subject to a $100 fine.



This is NOT a pet friendly home.



Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.
