The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny location. For shared use the following are available: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

**Your holiday apartment** offers 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 55 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is in der 1\. Etage   
  
 and ground level. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom as intersecting room, not heatable and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom as intersecting room, not heatable and with 1 double bed and TV. Kitchen as intersecting room, not heatable and with dinette, TV, gas stove, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.  
 In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna.

Zadar - Kruševo Karin, district Zadar, Karin. The holiday apartement is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Children's playground 500 m. \~ The flat is surrounded by Croatia’s most beautiful national parks and, with a driving time of a maximum of 37 to 60 minutes, they are the perfect choice for excursions: Paklenica National Park 37 minutes (39 km), Plitvice Lakes 1 hour (100 km), Krka National Park 51 minutes (63 km), Kornati National Park (set sail from Zadar harbour). Rafting can be arranged on the River Zrmanja, 10 km away, while the historic city of Zadar with numerous sights is 40 km away. **In summer:** Adriatic Sea 100 m in Vruljica (beach with stones, rocks and bathing platforms). Gornji Karin: boat hire 1500 m and water sports facilities 1.7 km. Fishing, diving, boat mooring each 150 m in Vruljica. Dog beach in Vruljice 100 m. \~ The apartment is only a 10-minute walk from the famous Pizzicato Pizzeria and the lively Gornji Karin beach with a wide range of water activities for individuals and families. \~ Donji Karin beach is 1.3 km from the apartment, while Kornati Marina is 37 km from the accommodation. The nearest airport is Zadar Airport, 15 km from Isabella Apartments.
