This spacious 12 person, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath retreat welcomes you with cottage style charm, high end amenities, and beautiful sunrise lake views. After some indoor fun, head outside to one of our 3 amazing decks for some relaxation, barbecuing on the grill, play some tennis or pickleball spring to fall, or just kick back in the hot tub! The unit is located in the tranquil mid-lake community of Timberloft Village, one of the hottest fishing spots on the lake and less than a mile from the sandy shores of Deep Creek Lake State Park, hiking and mountain biking trails, Silver Tree Marina and the Honi Honi Bar. For skiing and sight seeing fans, Wisp Ski Resort is only 4.5 miles away and Swallow Falls State Park , the beautiful scenic trails with amazing waterfalls is only 5.7 miles away. Perfect location close to amenities. Private boat dock makes multi-day boat rentals much simpler and more convenient. Cozy, comfortable and inviting indoors. Direct connection to beautiful landscapes outdoors. This house has so much to offer. It was one of our best stays at Deep Creek and the host was excellent to work with.

Clean house. Loved the upstairs loft for the 5 kids. Great location. Boat dock steps away for fishing. Hot tub and outdoor seating areas were awesome. Easy check in/out. Owners were responsive when we had a quesion before our trip. Highly recommend!

Great place and location!

Really lovely home with all you need to make meals and have a nice relaxing stay. The property owner was very communicative when needed, which wasn't much! Very clean and a lot of nice touches. Gorgeous view and convenient to everything! We will be back for sure.

Lovely long weekend!

We had a lovely long weekend at this property to celebrate my birthday. We did get quite a bit of rain, but had one beautiful day to visit the state park and see the beautiful waterfalls. The house is cozy and well equipped. We really enjoyed the hot tub with amazing views of the lake. Communication with the host was excellent. We would stay here again!
