Sleeps 12 total! Outdoor shower with hot water allows you to keep the house clean of sand for your stay! NOTE: Linens are provided starting January 1, 2021! Loved that it was so pet friendly with the gates & fenced in area. Comfy beds. And the hosts were very easy to work with when we needed to extend our stay an extra day. The view of the ocean from the porch was very relaxing and the chairs were comfortable. The nearness to the pier and restaurant across the street was so convenient for my family. Beds were very nice and we all slept well. The tv was a little strange (difficult to turn on and mostly hispanic channels) but we didn't go there to watch tv anyway. Wifi worked well. The kitchen was well stocked and had more than enough of everything for us to cook the meals we wanted to. The owner was very concerned that we have everything we needed and went above and beyond expectations. I plan to rent this property again in future trips. We felt very much at home there. My dog Simon enjoyed the property too. The neighbor next door had a female dog and they enjoyed looking at each other and sniffing each other and just being dogs barking back and forth. ##### Brenda C. You can see the ocean from the balcony which we really enjoyed. The beach access is a quick walk which is very convenient. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for your stay! The house was clean and comfortable for the 5 of us. There was plenty of space in the living areas and beds were comfortable. We loved the front and back decks, overlooking the ocean and the beach access was so close.
