Beautiful home located in a highly sought-after area of Oak Island. The exterior boosts ample outdoor living space, a private saltwater swimming pool, an unique outdoor bar area, a hot/cold outdoor shower and a fully fenced in backyard. The interior features a bright and airy open concept kitchen, dining and living room. There is a covered porch where you can relax in the salt air breeze and enjoy your favorite drink.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn air up to 74 degrees upon departure.
We use the house often as a family, if you need spices or condiments feel free to use.
There will be two towels per person fpr pool and for bath use. Please put them in the wash and start them. Check out is at 10 sharp on the day of departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

All feet and legs must be thoroughly rinsed before entering the home and the pool.
All sheets and bedding must be stripped and placed in laundry room prior to departure. Please start the wash with any wet towels, sheets, etc.
Please leave gate locked to pool at all times. The bottom of the home is private storage so go off front deck down the stairs to the pool in the back.
