The kitchen was well stocked with all that we could need. It even had nice Tupperware (iykyk) . There was plenty of room for our large group….7 adults, 1 teenager , and four children under five. The artwork was beautiful and the furniture was comfortable, yet attractive. The only thing that I would recommend is a hose to clean sandy beach items (there’s a spigot, but no hose). I just felt badly rinsing off the sand on the driveway instead of on the grass . The walk to the beach was short and easy (literally across the street from the access).
