This home offers plenty of outdoor living space with both a screened porch and open deck so you can feel the summer breeze without worrying about pests or work on your tan without even leaving the house! Under the house you will find plenty of outdoor seating including a picnic table perfect for a quick snack in between trips to the beach!

The home welcomes you into an open floor plan beginning with the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen boasts white cabinets and countertops to go along with an aqua accent throughout the home. Not to mention the amazing views!!

The dining area connects to the kitchen and offers four chairs and a bench seat at the table while an additional three stool surround the bar.

The living room provides a pair of plush couches placed around a flat screen TV and views of ocean through the windows.

The front left bedroom is finished with a pair of twin beds, closet space and a mounted smart TV.

With a shared full bathroom across the hall, the back left bedroom offers two queen beds, closet space and a smart TV.

The master suite welcomes you with a queen bed, private bathroom, closet space and a smart TV.

ALSO INCLUDES: Complimentary fitness center access for up to four guests per day at the Cape Fear Fitness center which is an 8,000-square-foot gym that features double cardio decks with flat screen TV's, free weights, two multi-purpose rooms and locker rooms.

Awesome ocean view

Lovely beach house, super deck with ocean view, inner screened deck and outer open deck. Everything you need for a great family vacation, or just the 2 of you. Dogs loved keeping watch from deck.

Lovely Vacation House

What a relaxing vacation house just steps from the beach. First time to Oak Island. We had a wonderful time. The local people were so nice. Got a palm tree gift from the neighbor, how awesome.

Excellent house

We really liked this house. The mattresses, furniture, and general stocking of the kitchen were a step up from the average beach house. We really enjoyed the screen porch and the open porch overlooking the beach. This house is the second row off the beach, with access almost directly across the street. The only downside is the traffic noise does cover up the sound of the ocean. But overall, a great place. It had a really nice, well-taken-care-of vibe, and we hope to come back.
