It feels brand new and was very clean. We loved the location - quiet and peaceful yet close to the beach. The views are beautiful overlooking the marsh and we enjoyed eating outside in the evenings. The home is completely lacking basics - soap in bathrooms, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. Despite advertising a welcome bag, we had nothing upon arrival. Even when the bag did come a day late, it was beyond insufficient. Also, the pool needs 24h to heat up which we were not aware of so we missed out on a day of swimming. ##### K W.
