The Space: Welcome to this south-facing coastal gem, where the soothing sounds of crashing waves and ocean breezes create a serene escape. Enjoy a private pool and a relaxing hot tub, all while taking in Oak Island’s famous sunrises and sunsets from the inviting front porch, ideal for gatherings. Inside, the home features high ceilings, upscale lighting, and a chef’s dream kitchen with custom cabinetry and a gas range. The spacious king master suite offers a full ensuite with a custom-tiled walk-in shower. Relax in the hot tub from 6pm-midnight daily, and the pool heating is available by advance request at $75 per night or $500 per week; if requested, it must be applied for the full duration of your stay and cannot be added for partial dates. Located near Middleton Park, you’re just steps from concerts, tennis, coffee shops, and more. This coastal retreat is perfect for your next vacation escape! Guest Access: Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival. The hot tub will turn on automatically from 6pm-midnight every evening. The hot tub attached to the pool was excellent during this winter trip and you can see some ocean from the front door and windows. In the summer, you’ll have a \*short\* walk to the beach and we’re already considering coming back to enjoy an Oak Island summer trip. The home is spotless and we did not Want for anything.
