« One of the Queen brds in my son's room had a mattress that sank in the middle. This was reported and the management offered to move us. Instead my son switched beds with his two small children and everyone in that room slept well that night. Management moved very quickly to remedy my son's bed issue. Only bad thing was the matress seemed pretty old and I could feel the springs and woke up with some back aches.
