Although I wasn't traveling by air, it is situated perfectly close to the E4 highway and has almost endless parking space (paid). Just an EV charger for higher cars (vans) is missing. Very friendly staff and a very spacious lobby. Shower was great too!

Listing said there was a restaurant and bar on site so we planned accordingly. No restaurant or bar. Snacks available. Very disappointing. Staff were very few and busy but wonderful. Room sparse but clean and comfortable. Breakfast good and fresh.

We used this hotel as a base for the Vattenrundan ride andit was great choice. The breakfasts start at 0530 so useful if you are away early, and even late in the evening you can get pizza and drinks for late arrivals (like us). The staff were very helpful. The only thing you have t be careful about is some rooms do not have an en suite bathroom, but use a communal bathroom instead. The room was compact, but plenty big enough for a couple of nights and the windows open fully to get lots of fresh air in. Theres nothing at all in the area - its basically there just for airport business.

First the website says that parking is free of charge. They charged 85 SEK for the hotel parking area that was fullybooked. So we had to park elsewhere and our money was not returned. In our room was normal double bed what was not double bed but two single beds. Those were prepared well. But two bunk beds for our children were not prepared and personnel said that it is not their business to do that. Customers have to do that. In the morning, birds (Sparrows) were flying inside the breakfast area and were eating from the floor and from the tables including breakfast buffet table. When we informed personnel, they totally ignored that occasion. Positive, our room was clean. Thinking about the time is given to personnel to prepare the room, I have to say that our room was clean. Kudos to those people.

Cold room was a letdown

Like a few previous reviews we read the rooms are pretty cold since the heater is tiny and doesn't seem to heat up the room at all. No curtain in the bathroom so that was a bit awkward. Staff was polite and nice. Breakfast was pretty good and wifi worked really well.

I wasn’t aware there wasn’t a bathroom in the rooms, and the common one wasn’t fixed. Nor was there a gym, even if I was told so by the receptionist . Not at all worth the price

Avoid unless no choice

Reserved a "Superior Room with a balcony". It did have a balcony, but was anything but superior. Smaller than most rooms. Only one broken chair. Shower was miniscule, literally. Advertised as having a restaurant and bar. The reception counter served as reception, bar and restaurant. Menu offered as main dishes 4 types of frozen pizzas which they reheated. A vending machine offered frozen meas which they would reheat. The "best" was apertizers section which among few rare "delicacies" for the true connoisseur were french fries with catchup, for the price of $5. The only redeeming thing is being located directly across the street from the airport terminal.

Wenn es nicht anders geht, kann man da übernachten. Unser Zimmer und unser Bad hat fürchterlich gerochen. Überall sind Schäden: Die Balkonmöbel waren einfach total kaputt, Flurteppiche verdreckt, die Gabel, die bei Ankunft im Flur lag, lag 2 Tage später noch dort. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, aber alles schien vom günstigsten eingekauft zu sein, war alles nicht so toll. Ich würde vermeiden, dort erneut zu übernachten. Gut: Der günstige Parkplatz vor der Tür (ca 7,50 € pro 24h. Das Personal war total freundlich, Ein- und Auschecken war einfach. Es gab eine kleine Snackbar im Foyer.

Rent och snyggt överallt. Trevlig personal. En god och mättande frukost. Sköna sängar. Enda minus var att det inte fanns AC på rummet. Det var väldigt varmt på rummet vilket gjorde det svårt att sova.
