It has a beautiful outlook with the full view of the amazing sunrise every morning and sunset at the front of the house. This really is an incredible country getaway. This amazing property consists of 5 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, large open plan kitchen, kids playroom fully equipped with lounge, TV, bookshelves full of books, loads of toys, dvds and desk accommodating a maximum of 18 guests in the property. The main bathroom has a bath and shower and the ensuite has a large spa bath and shower. The outdoor area consists of 2 patios, one enclosed with fly screens, dining table, wall-mounted patio heaters, ceiling fan and bbq and the other with the outlook to the open fields with dining and seating areas, large ceiling fan and outdoor TV, bbq and pizza oven. A great property to do as little or as much as you like. Laze in the hammock between the palm trees watching the kangaroos or play a game of tennis whilst the others swim or collect the chicken eggs and veggies, which you are welcome to eat. Our super friendly goats would love a cuddle and feed the alpacas some fruit. Have a hold of the bunny rabbit or hand feed the roaming peacocks and chickens. Close to all of the Shoalhaven wine farms, Jervis Bay, Huskisson, Berry, Kangaroo Valley, Hyams Beach, Kiama, Shoalhaven Heads, Jamberoo, Fitzroy Falls and Sussex Inlet. From the tennis court and private theatre to the bonfire area, there was never a dull moment.The animals on the property were a major highlight—our little ones absolutely adored them, and it added such a lovely, welcoming charm to the stay. The location is also excellent, with shops and great cafés just a short drive away, making it super convenient.While the rooms weren’t very spacious and we found them a bit tight for comfortable sleep, the overall experience was still exceptional. Our family of 12 (6 adults, 6 children) had a wonderful 3 night stay at the start of the NSW school holidays, We greatly appreciated the care package (lots of yummy goodies) that Luane left for us. There is so much to do at the property that you don’t need to leave. It was well equipped - from kitchenware, to IT, to kids’ toys, to activities for all. Communication with Luane was seamless, making arrival and departure very easy. We had a wonderful family holiday and we would love to come back again next year, I would highly recommend this property to larger family groups. ##### Sue R. The property is well laid out for a large group with plenty of beds, multiple areas to relax, well provided kitchen with everything you need etc. We appreciated some of the extras like a welcome basket of goods, coffee pods, 2 pizza ovens. The area is very quiet and feels like the country, but still very close to Nowra if you need something. ##### Paul F. We stayed here over Christmas with four generations together. It provided something for all of us and kept the grannies entertained for hours. Check in was so easy and organised, even a little welcome basket with bits and pieces left for us. Our stay was wonderful? The property is gorgeous and they had plenty to entertain us from games, to pool floats, sports and the animals! Our group of 12 women had lots of space, good sleeping arrangements, a beautiful pool and everything we needed. It’s not so shiny new that you don’t feel you can relax in it - it felt comfortable and designed to be lived in. We had 15 people stay at the property over two days. We woke up on Sunday and wished we had booked an extra night! The property is amazing, very spacious and homely. We had a marvellous time with the animals, tennis court, pool and spa there was something for everyone. Ideal house for young families.
