This property is clean and tidy, but not managed well. Our room had a blocked drain in the bathroom sink. The waste water pooled in the sink and made it very disgusting. When I went to the reception to report the problem, the office was closed. I called the manager phone number to report the problem, but they wouldn’t refund my payment and didn’t offer any compensation. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment for some reason but both bedrooms were musty smelling and one had a flashing main light - we only needed one room. The pool gate didn't shut properly and there were bags of dirty linen in the garden. The room was clean and comfortable and the beds were so comfy and sheets felt amazing! The corner shower was very awkward to use and small. A new toilet is needed. Couldn’t use the basin in the shower as it was tiny and on the side. The Tv kept switching off and not having any volume. The floors - they used rugs on top of rugs at the front door, could not open the front door fully to get in or out. When we spoke about it to reception in the morning, the gentleman was extremely apologetic and tried to fix the problem although he was unsuccessful.
