Stancijeta 18 km from the centre of Poreč, 15 km from the centre of Umag, in a sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. Private: property 900 m2, garden with lawn, swimming pool (32 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 3 km, railway station 35 km, pebble beach 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 100 m. Nearby attractions: Aquapark 4 km. The owner does not accept any groups.  
4-room villa 150 m2 on 3 levels. Very comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room with air conditioning. Exit to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC.
