Polite person on check in and apart from leaving the following morning them were the highlights of this hotel. I will remember the Unicorn for all the wrong reasons, imagine a room that hasnt been touched for the last 20 years plus but for the 30 minutes quick clean after every stay. Absolutely no evidence of a deep clean clean in this place. We got to the room, an absolute disgrace. Dusty - Dirty glasses on coffee tray - Dirty coffee cups - Dirty chrome plated light switch next to bed (disnt touch it) - Dirty black, aged grout in bathroom floor tiles - dirty bathroom tiles around the edges - Light bulbs different colour whites and some not illuminating and 1 in the bathroom flickering - Dirty head board (wall) please see the pictures, absolutley unbelivable... 30 minutes till our restaraunt reservation, bedding was clean so we grinned are bared it.... never ever again would I stay at this place ever ever again.. thos review is going to be sent to Mastons complsints department.. Please see pictures On check out, I was ready to voice my dissapointment on the room but then realised why there is a key box at the car park exit door, im sure they dont want to hear the complaints...
