Room was lovely although at front of building it was quite noisy from passing traffic especially as we had windows open as weather was hot. Fan provided was welcome. No hot breakfast available, continental breakfast buffet is on a help yourself stand outside room and eaten in the room. Staff were chatty and polite. Everywhere was tastefully decorated, comfortable furnishings both in the pub restaurant and in the room. Food in the restaurant was high quality. Continental Breakfast was an inspired addition (to take in your room - perfect!)
