"The staff were very helpful and attentive on check-in. Lots of restaurants and bars available in the hotel and close to plenty more, as well as the train station. Overall, very nice hotel with great views out to the Sea of Japan from the higher floors."

"Right next to the Kanagawa train station and many great restaurants near the hotel. The room that we chose was spacious by Japanese standards. Excellent water pressure and AC worked great. The only thing negative about the room is the unusually high step for the bathroom. We chose the breakfast option when booking and it did not disappoint. Very good breakfast with so many choices both western and traditional Japanese cuisine. I would definitely stay here again."

"Enjoyable stay in a good location. Breakfast at the hotel was presented beautifully, it is a full Japanese style breakfast though, oysters are a bit hard to have first thing in the morning but there servings are generous and there's always variety."
