Norvell Park Tours and Activities

Never cleaned our room after first night, second night they maid one bed not the other took the dirty towels, but left no clean ones. Garbage was not emptied. None of the restaurants were open except the pizza, pool side bar restaurant only open on the weekends and the other amenities also nothing was disclosed about that. Complementary coffee was empty when asked someone about it they just confirmed it was empty and kept walking. Waited 15 minutes for coffee nobody ever came to replace it. A lot of issues going on in the parking lot didn’t feel safe.
