Northfield Vacation Packages

This place was at a convention location fir the activities I had planned; however, not ONCE they made an attempt to clean the room. I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and that was helpful as I switched beds during my stay. When I asked the front desk how often they clean the rooms they said every other day but they were very short handed and asked if I needed anything. I asked for towels and a working fridge as the one in the room wasn’t working and the food I place in there spoiled. She looked at me and said okay. When I came back to my room that night, the fridge was working and they had left clean towels but room was in the same condition as I left it that morning. During my check out I was asked how as my stay and told the front desk of my experience and they said “okay, thank you for stying with us”. I always stay at Marriott properties and this was a disappointment to say the least.

Great staff and a clean room with a comfortable mattress made for an enjoyable experience.

The elevator was broken and the central air was down. This was not communicated to us before we arrived so we could not make other accommodations. They did have a window AC. However this made it so we couldn’t pull the shade all the way down. We didn’t get a good night’s sleep with the sun pouring in. We were in the area for our anniversary. Highly disappointed. I did try to resolve this by reaching out to management but did not hear back. The one bright spot was the woman who worked the breakfast area in the morning. She was incredibly attentive. She even offered us a bag to take our cinnamon rolls home. Great customer service.

Nice staff, fun activities

the innkeeper was warm and welcoming, the food was delicious, the room was amazing, and the experience for even 1 night was incredible!! will be coming back :)
