Very nice staff.

We were there for a concert at the amphitheater however it was unfortunately cancelled the day of our stay. To compound our disappointment, staff did not allow outside drinks/coolers despite spending $350+ to stay the night. The hotel policy does indicate no outside drinks however hotels.com did not have those details anywhere in the booking. We were then forced to pay for drinks at the hotel. Our room beside us was also loud and when I explained this to the front desk staff, they said we could move rooms but would have to take everything out of our existing room, bring it downstairs to the front desk (we are on the 14th floor) and then someone would take us to our new room. Too much of a hassle so we just stayed where we were. However the bartenders were great and Iris at The Spa was even better, very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. Would only consider staying there again if the existing staff bar and most definitely Iris at The Spa were there.
