"The staff was very nice and for the price. The room was really good. Bed and pillow were comfy. Room darkening shade worked very well. We enjoyed the pool but the hot tub bubbles were out of order which was a bit disappointing after being in the car for hours. Overall nice location and we are very satisfied."

"Certain people at the front desk are very helpful and are great and understanding of helping out when things don’t go as planned. The property has a oldness to it but it’s very spacious and quiet with the right neighbors. There was an incident with a rowdy party, but they were told to leave immediately. Very convenient walk to stores and restaurants. "

" The rooms are set up very strange; however there was plenty to off set this bizarre set up. Let me explain further about the room. The bathroom shower, and sink are all behind the bed. The set up is very much like that of a European hotel room and that is very modern and very space conscious. Hotel opted to go modern throughout the entire building. This is kind of strange when you’re in Winchester, and you’re there to enjoy the mountains and history. The bathroom door has a sliding door. You don’t really feel like you ever have any privacy. There is a glass partition inside of the shower , so anyone in the bedroom could see the outline of the person showering. The bed was comfortable. The room is very clean. The AC unit as any hotel, was very noisy. Overall, the hotel was quiet, very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We opted for this hotel on a whim, and we definitely use it again if we’re looking for the jets to position between European , modern styles and the Rolling hills of historic Winchester. "
