The fact that the memories of the lodge are not completely forgotten when compared to the gorilla treks is a testament to how great it is. This was taken from my room at the Virunga Lodge. @volcanoes.safaris I will admit to it being an expensive place to stay but my goodness if you are in Rwanda and want an experience you will never forget Gorilla trekking while staying here is an amazing combination. I likely will never be able to go back but will dream about it forever. Blogged about my experience at circlingthebucketlist.com .
