Location is great. But they had bugs in the room, a lot. My kids didn’t sleep all night because of bugs. Also some spiders in the room. I don’t think they are cleaned well. We stayed 10 nights in Iceland in different hotels but only this hotel had this bug issue.

My husband stated this was the best hotel he’s ever stayed it! Views are spectacular, breakfast every morning was amazing, bed was very comfortable, shower was great, and the storage was plentiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue is it was hard to find the entrance on a Sunday evening since the hotel is just the top floor of an office building and the sign is very small. We called and the staff greeted us in the parking lot to help us. Great experience, would highly recommend!

Love hotel and spa, however not huge fan of the frosted glass bathroom doors that don’t close all the way.

We had a really good stay at the Kvosin Downtown Hotel. The staff were really helpful in advance of our stay (regarding our enquiries about parking and sofabed). The family room was spacious with a big bathroom and excellent underfloor heating. The breakfast was nice with a good range of choices. Superb location for exploring Reykjavik.
