Northern Iceland Vacation Packages

In my opinion at the price of $525 for the room I think it is outrageous that they charge $20 per person to use the hot tub. We stayed in nicer places with free hot tub for half the price. The bed comforters were uncomfortable and rough.

It was definitely a luxury experience unlike most stays I've ever done, 10/10 no notes on the hotel itself, the staff and amenities were bespoke. Breakfast was custom made to my liking and brought on a cart in the morning at a time of my choosing. Unbelievably good food and the lady working the desk was very charming. Word of caution, however: it is the highest up apartment in the entire city, maybe the entire country and the hotel is limited to the private access top floor of a new skyscraper of mostly corporate offices. At night, it was likely that my (city facing/partial ocean view) hotel room was the only one lit up in the tower and since the walls --including the bathroom-- are all glass, everything inside rather stands out and there no real privacy without curtains drawn. At some point, shortly after returning back at around midnight, someone somewhere in the city who noticed my arrival to the hotel room started blasting the apartment with a high powered laser pointer until I closed the curtains. That aside, it was a remarkably nice stay, the only concern is that its wildly ostentatious for better or for worse and maybe the locals aren't too pleased with that haha. I would stay here again.

Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a nice place and great area. The bathroom was huge and the living areas cozy. Comfortable beds. A little tricky to find as it is on a street that is blocked on one end for street parking. We had no issues with parking.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. I was staying on the 4th floor and there is no elevator but they did offer to help carry my luggage. The only downside was that the wifi didn't work in my room. There was an extender for the 4th floor and it worked in the hallway, just not in my room despite the front desk resetting it multiple times. Not a huge deal for me as I was ok being offline and going into the lobby if I needed to connect. Unfortunately the fire alarm went on at midnight because someone took a hot shower with the bathroom door open. Again, sucked but I also didn't see signs anywhere saying you shouldn't do so. Great location for bus pickups and the overall city center area. Breakfast was good and the bed was comfy.
