Every visitor likes this house.
Fully and ecologically restored, this house offers the charm of a half-timbered house from the 18th century paired with modern living comfort.

Inside we offer an open living-dining area and an adjoining kitchen. Large patio doors connect the interior with the terrace, which is oriented to the west. Beams on view and a fireplace provide a good ambience. Stylishly adapted furniture discreetly round off the ambience.
There is deliberately no TV, but WiFi throughout the house.

On the upper floor there is a large bedroom (double bed 140x200 cm) as well as a toilet and bathroom.

In the attic there is another bedroom (double bed 160x200 cm) and a large bathroom with tub, shower and toilet. A ceiling fan ensures a pleasant indoor climate.

Die Unterkunft war super. Meinen Kollegen hat es sehr gefallen. Leider mussten wir aus Krankheitsgründen ausziehen. Herr Hartmann ist uns freundlicher Weise entgegen gekommen. Ich kann die Fewo nur Empfehlen. Wir werden, wenn wir wieder in der Region sind, die Fewo wieder Buchen. War einfach toll. Danke für alles

Hat doch etwas Arbeit gemacht
Im großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Check-In und Check-Out waren unkompliziert und gut. Allerdings waren da auch 2 Punkte die nicht so optimal waren. Am ersten Morgen konnten wir den Toaster nicht benutzen, da dieser einen englischen Stecker hat und kein Adapter zu finden war. Der andere Punkt betrifft die Heizung, die anscheinend einen Defekt hat. Nach vielen Versuchen hatten wir zum Schluss uns direkt die Heizung angesehen und festgestellt, das zu wenig Wasser auf der Anlage war. Also Wasser aufgefüllt und dann lief es, jedoch mussten wir diese Prozedur mehrmals wiederholen. Anscheinend ist die Anlage irgendwo undicht.

Schönes Haus
Das Haus ist ein nett renoviertes und geschmackvoll eingerichtestes und somit sehr gemütliches altes Fachwerkhaus in einem kleinen Dorf. Das Dorf selber hat keine Versorgungsmöglichkeiten, so dass ein Auto von Vorteil ist, um in wenigen Minuten umfangreiche Möglichkeiten zu nutzen. Besonders gefallen haben uns der Ofen und der teilüberdachte Innenhof, in dem es sich gemütlich am Feuerkorb sitzen lässt. Das Holz dafür ist auch noch inklusive.

Erholung im charmanten Fachwerk
Eine Woche haben wir zu Viert in dem schönen, individuell eingerichteten, geräumigen Fachwerkhaus in angenehmer Umgebung verbracht.Alles ist so wie abgebildet vorhanden, netter Kontakt zur Vermietung und absolute Wohlfühlatmosphäre ob bei Sonne auf der Terrasse oder am knisternden Ofenfeuer am Abend. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.

Rustig compleet verblijf
Een prachtige woning met veel privacy, alles was aanwezig om zelf te koken en een buitenplaats zonder inkijk, maar de terrasstoelen zaten niet lekker en wij misten 2 lekkere ligstoelen. Maar we zouden zo weer terugkeren!!!

tolles Fachwerkhaus
Ein schönes Fachwerkhaus, einfach, aber toll eingerichtet mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Geniales Glasdach über der Terrasse - so kann man auch bei Regen draußen sitzen. Ruhige Lage - Auto ist notwendig. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Auszeit auf dem Land
Unsere Urlaubswoche in diesem tollen Haus war einfach perfekt. Das kleine Dorf in der Nähe von Northeim ist absolut idyllisch und ruhig - ein idealer Ort, um den Alltagsstress mal hinter sich zu lassen. Das Haus ist super gemütlich, geschmackvoll und persönlich eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die voll ausgestattete Küche lädt zu entspannten Kochabenden ein. Wir haben uns im gesamten Haus sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt und werden uns noch lange an die gemütlichen Abende vor dem Kamin zurück erinnern. Vielen lieben Dank, auch für die sehr nette Begrüßung und Verabschiedung vor Ort!

Urlaub im Herbst 2019
Als Stützpunkt für Tagesprogramme ist das wohnliche große Haus sehr gut. Buchung, Hilfe vor Ort und Kommunikation mit dem nicht vor Ort wohnenden Eigentümer waren gut. Vermisst haben wir TV und Radiogerät sowie eine Mikrowelle in der Küche.
