Mother/Daughter Trip

This place was PERFECT for my mom and I. The location was perfect for exploring the boardwalk, beach, and bike riding. We were able to walk or ride our bikes everywhere. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the amenities. The hosts were extremely gracious and kind. If we ever come back to VA beach we’ll be staying here.

Quiet and relaxing get away

Great space for two people. Nice location right next to the boardwalk. Private area/ yard to watch the ocean, drink a little wine and view a sunset was peaceful. Great kitchen amenities. The shower was awesome.

Stay was great. Location even better. The family and I loved being right on the boardwalk. Easy access to all the restaurants and shops. Being right on the beach was the highlight. Very cute little condominium we stayed in. Just the right size. And had all the right amenities

Sea breeze

Our stay was fairly uneventful which is what we wanted. The condo was perfect for two people. It was clean, well equipped with kitchen and bath supplies, and right on the ocean. The weather was ideal. We walked the beach, read books and ate a lot of good food. We visited The Aquarium one day and we drove around to check out some of the neighborhoods.

Great location but some issues with the property

Property seemed clean upon arrival but we saw several cockroaches over our weekend stay there. The AC also did not work well, fortunately it was not very hot outside but it would have been miserable for a stay later in the summer.

Quiet location and room was beautiful

Room was beautiful and a little bigger than I originally thought. GPS kept telling us to go left at the 40th street light because our room was behind the restaurant. This room was not beach front like we thought we were getting but the room itself made up for that! The murals on the wall were gorgeous.kitchen was perfect for my son an I to cook in. Bathroom was absolutely gorgeous. Bed and pullout couch were perfect for just the two of us. Parking is very tight but grateful to have parking and being right next to board walk and beach.

Vacation Stay

The exterior of the property was old and weathered. The inside of the condo was nice and clean. The VRBO I picked said the property had a balcony and ocean view and it had neither. Our view was the pool of the hotel beside us. We were on the side of the condos 1st floor that had a open covered walkway not a balcony. The pictures on the site are deceiving. They are pictures of some of the condos but not necessarily the one your renting. That needs to be corrected. Everything else was fine besides that.

Don't stay here

Directions to unit were vague. It took half an hour to locate. When we walked in, the smell of air freshener was overwhelming. All of my clothes and luggage reekedof it even after three days. Every drawer, cupboard and countertop was occupied with the owner's personal things so that there was no space to unpack. There was leftover food in the refrigerator. The website photo shows an oceanfront view , but the unit was located at the end of a long, scary alley next to a restaurant's dumpster. I would have walked out, but we had to prepay for the stay and it was late when we arrived. I emailed the owner with out concerns the next morning, but did not receive any reply or acknowledgement. Very dissatisfied. Will most likely never book through Vrbo again.

Great Location

Located on the north side right at the beginning of the bike trail and boardwalk was perfect. Also a short walk to the beach and because it was at the north end, the beach was not crowded.
