Top of the line bedding in all bedrooms. 4 allocated parking spots with additional parking on a first come first serve basis. \-- FEATURES -- Spectacular ocean views. Steps to the beach with beach access from the property. Close to the grocery store, restaurants, treat shops and shopping. Fully stocked chefs’ kitchen with two refrigerators, expansive counter space, a huge island, plus lot of cabinets for plenty of storage space! Laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a 3rd full size refrigerator. Hair dryers in every bathroom. There is room for everyone to gather in ONE space! The main floor has an open concept, making it a versatile space for entertaining! The kitchen, dining nook, great room, and bar provide one shared space with an abundance of seating. This space can be further maximized with an indoor/outdoor feel as the french doors open to a balcony with views to the ocean and offers that salty air that everyone loves. There are a total of twenty-two different seating spots within this space. Pack-n-play and booster seat. Game room offers gaming galore! There’s a pool table, air hockey table, and a shuffleboard table that also does bowling. 4 beach cruiser bikes, 4 helmets and 4 locks. 4 boogie boards, 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and 8 beach towels. Outside offers a large community pool, hot tub and barbecues. JBL portable bluetooth speaker in the kitchen to take anywhere with you. Blazing fast wifi speeds throughout the entire home. Ten top of the line Samsung smart TVs throughout. Including four 70” and six 55” TVs all wall mounted and located in the great room, game room and all bedrooms. All TVs offer Netflix, Hulu and Spectrum streaming. Ceiling fans in all rooms and bedrooms. Central heating and cooling throughout the house. Elevator from parking to the main level of villa. Elevator does not goes to the sleeping areas on the 2nd and 3rd level. \-- GENERAL INFORMATION -- You will have access to the entire house, except for a few storage closets and garage cabinets that are locked off for the owner’s belongings and supplies. In an effort to protect our property and our guests, security cameras are at entrance doors only. We are committed to your safety and privacy. If you plan to travel during hurricane season or want the option to cancel your plans for another unexpected reason beyond our cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance through a third-party company. We personally own and manage this home and take great pride in keeping it in top condition for our guests. It is very important to us that our home and our neighbors are treated with respect. While this is a great house for entertaining, it is not a “party house”. We do not allow big parties, weddings, or large gatherings beyond the quantity of people in the booking without owner approval at the time of booking. Quiet times, per community ordinances, are 10pm- 8am and are strictly enforced. We do however want and expect you to have a great time and a memorable experience. Minimum rental age is 30 and must stay at the property the entire duration of the booking. Proof of age is required. No pets allowed of any kind. No smoking allowed of any kind inside the house or on the balconies, however if smoking is necessary, smoking is allowed in the designated area only. Cigarette butts must be picked up and placed into the garbage can. There is plenty of parking. 4 parking spots with additional parking on a first come first serve basis. Linens, towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are all provided. A starter supply of consumables is also provided. Specific details are provided once booked. \*Please note that the pool is closed from the Monday after Thanksgiving to April 1st, but the hot tub will remain open year around. Fun game room for pool shuffleboard and air hockey. 2 big screen tv’s to watch college football. 3 large fridge/ freezers. Beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. Easy parking under building. We had 12 male golfers and there was plenty of room for everyone. There are plenty of bathooms, no waiting for hot water for showers etc etc. The game room takes this place to another level of fun. The chairs and picnic tables on the walk-around patio were awesome as well. One small issue popped up and the owner/manager replied quickly and offered to fix it immediately. A! ##### Louis H. The house is newly remodeled, kitchen was great with a big island, nice appliances, 3 refrigerators. First floor has a nice game room with many amenities for inside games and the beach. All the bedrooms and bathrooms very nice. King and Queen beds very comfortable and the entire property very clean and nice. Would highly recommend for any large groups!! ##### Lex B. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were also plentiful with towels for everyone. The bathroom on the main floor was convenient. Three refrigerators also helped with storing our groceries and water bottles. The only thing I would suggest is to have a few more kitchen napkins. ours was dirty in two days with all the cooking. ##### Purvi D. We were 14 in all with plenty of kids ranging from 2 to 10\. This house provided ample space for us to spread out but still feel together. The bedrooms were all nicely equipped and very clean. The kitchen was also nicely sized for a large group and the multiple refrigerators made it very convenient.Overall the property was very clean and exactly as described and pictured on the website. The location is fantastic, a mere few steps from the beach. It is also a close walk to Main Street, NMB where there are restaurants and shops. You are close enough to central MB that you are only a short car ride from all of the crowds but far enough that you can sleep peacefully every night.The only thing I can mention critically would be that I wish the pool had been a little warmer but it was heated and warm enough to get in.All in all I highly recommend this property! ##### Joseph K.
