Welcome to The Memory Maker! Come enjoy yourself with your own private pool and dock which is located on one of the Cherry Grove channels and only steps from the sandy beach.

The Memory Maker is an old school beach house with all the new amenities to help your family make memories. Every room has a flat screen TV and ceiling fans, WIFI though out the property, an outdoor TV, gas grill, and large dock for fishing and crabbing. Oh and don't forget the private pool with luxury loungers! We are pet friendly because no one wants to leave their four legged family member at home while everyone else is on vacation.

Summer Rentals include all taxes, cleaning fess, and linens. Beach towels and chairs are not provided. Pet friendly upon approval, non refundable Pet fee of $75 required. Weekly rental only during summer months.

We only rent to families and Adults over 25, no student groups allowed. We strictly enforce this as well as maximum occupancy.

Nice but needs updating

Great location. Loved the pool and easy access to beach. Livingroom furniture very dated and accent chair / ottoman wore out…no support and 2 rollers are broken on ottoman. Contacted owner about back door issue and handle on refrigerator which were repaired. Had a couple of issues with bugs (water bugs and spider).. bought bug spray and sprayed in the house and outside doors…no further issue. Beds were okay, pillows could be replaced. Loved the outdoor space….

Home was very clean, kitchen was very user friendly for cooking. Location is perfect! We walked to beach daily, pool was refreshing. Definitely will rent here again! Owners were very responsive to needs.

Another Nice Trip

This property is in a quiet neighborhood & walking distance to the beach. Close to shops, restaurants, & a very nice grocery store. It has everything you want & is very clean. We enjoyed our time away & was glad our fur family member Charlie could go again too. We enjoyed our second trip here and recommend it highly!

Wonderful home with amazing outdoor space!

We loved our stay at this home! I travel with my husband, mom, 5 year old son, and our pet dog. The house was clean and I liked the setup with all of the bedrooms opening to the central main living area. But what really made this stay amazing was the outdoor space! The pool was amazing, and having the patio and pool area fenced in was perfect so that we could swim without worrying about our son or our dog wandering :) Just over a block from the beach made it easy to walk back and forth to the beach. We had a great trip and hope to return in the future!

Great Family Vacation

Our family of 6 had a wonderful week-long visit at this house. Short walk to the beach, ample accessories for use in kitchen, plentiful beds. It was clean upon arrival, and property manager was very responsive. She even helped me retrieve my daughters' beloved baby blanket that somehow was left behind. Totally appreciate the extra touch! Our family loved the pool and we spent a lot of time enjoying the view of the water and getting some sun!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Memory Maker! The house was spotless and the pool was wonderful. Weather was rainy so we did very little beach time so the pool and under house common area was awesome. Our host was very helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend this house!

Great place on House Creek

The house was clean and was nicely set up. Under the house was a great hang out spot with the pool close by. Love the old school beach house design. It reminded me of my families beach vacations when I was a kid. Just a short walk to the beach and close to the boat ramp for the marsh inlet where there is great fishing and kayaking.

My husband, our fur family member Charlie, and I really enjoyed this trip!!! This accommodation was the nicest place we've stayed in. The decor, outside area, private pool, entire inside of the house was super super clean! Close to everything & the beach! We would love to return again for sure!
