"Just Coast" in North Myrtle Beach! Centrally located "just" across the street from the Atlantic coast, "just" a block away from Ocean Drive & "just" 1.5 miles from Cherry Grove pier will have y'all asking why did we not "just" stay there!?!?   
Prices are for families only.   
  
We do rent to student groups. PRICING LISTED IS FOR FAMILIES ONLY. If you are a student group (not a family), send an inquiry so we can match you with the proper unit to sleep your group and work with you on pricing. We will be happy to discuss the reasons why student group pricing is different than family pricing.   
Sunsplash sleeps up to 8 people in 2 bedrooms and on a sofa sleeper, has 2 bathrooms, laundry access on the property, and is steps from the ocean. Why would you want to pack the car up each day for the beach, drive a few blocks from your vacation home, look for an empty spot at beach access & pay to park?? Avoid the hassle and "Just" stay with us where you can park your cars for free & WALK across the street to the ocean or to Ocean Drive!   
  
There are 6 units on this property. This listing is for one unit.   
  
Everyone asks why we do we not provide linens? The answer is simple we would rather offer YOU our valued customers lower rates to allow you and your loved ones more fun money :) Instead of adding random admin fees and laundry we "just" pass the savings right on to you! We are more than happy to rent them to you $25 a bed. Please let me know 30 days prior to check in if you would like to do so.   
  
After booking a signed rental agreement and pic of ID are required to be emailed to us within 7 days of booking. Property owners require the image of rental agreement & ID to be sent back within 7 days of booking. I will send it to you as a pdf right after booking :)  
  
 Check in is 4PM Check out is 10 AM. Please do not attempt to enter your rental until 4PM . All of the properties are professionally sanitized and we need time to prepare your unit properly.   
  
Groups consisting of primary booker under the age of 21, will be required to email a parent signed responsibility form and pic of parents ID. EMAIL AN INQUIRY IF YOU ARE A STUDENT GROUP.   
  
Accidental Damage insurance is required $59 and $200 cleaning fee which are already included in your inquiry price :) cleaning fee includes washing the bedding/spreads/mattress covers/pillow covers, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms and counting kitchen inventory/making sure it’s clean, and putting away clean dishes from the dishwasher. There will be additional charges for trash removal, washing dishes and furniture cleaning if needed.   
  
The property and each unit is Professionally sprayed once a month by an exterminator, you will see palmettos because they come in on people, beach chairs, towels and anything/anyone who has come from outside. The answer to “why am I seeing these pests” is they reside in palm trees and find their way into the building by riding in on people and beach stuff. I call them our unofficial mascot of our beach town ;)  
  
Maintenance Dept. is available from 10AM-5PM and after that for emergencies.   
  
 Noise in building should not be heard outside of your unit after 11 p.m.   
  
You will receive 2 parking passes and 2 keys  
  
Main Street is 2 blocks away with ice cream, hotdogs, candy, gift shops, restaurants, bars, beach stores, grocery stores, a convenience store, ABC store, and a pancake house and Eggs Up Grill. There's a local made beach cruiser shop (Beach Town Bicycles) just off Main as well as surfboard rentals at Trunkplayer Surf Shop.  
  
Your unit comes with 2 beach chairs to borrow, and a fun jumbo sized checker-board game. There is a picnic table and charcoal grill on the property as well. There is an outdoor shower.

#### Needs better description

Thought from the description we were renting the bottom floor of the rental. Turns out it is a quad so we only rented half of the bottom floor. The beds are on risers which slide on the wood floors and the beds will tip over(top/bottom) if you aren't careful. Also, the advertised outdoor shower turned out to be a shower head sticking out of the side of the house. We made the best of it, didn't complain, and enjoyed our stay otherwise. We aren't normally complainers, but feel the description was not clear. They should really describe what the rental actually is, a quad. The owner/manager was very responsive and handled the 2 issues we had in a fairly quick manner and were super nice. They even went the extra mile to try to arrange for an extra days stay at our request.

Had a big hole in floor covered with plywood, showers had mold in them, bed didn’t have cross member under it and flipped up in the air, back room toilet not sitting level. Holes in walls when we got there. Wasn’t really impressed and wouldn’t stay there again

Sheet not provided beds are way too high almost need a step to get into bed!! One of the bathroom right outside the door seems like there is a hole cover.. dangerous.. location was good, the apartment can do more with a few adjustments!! A shelf came off the wall, luckily no one was hurt! The fridge was way too cold, it froze our fruit!!
