The owner has taken great pride in decorating the condo to give you a chance to have a wonderful vacation. Our 9th floor view allows you to see the ocean from our balcony and side windows. Watch boats go up and down the waterway while you enjoy your evening dinner on the balcony. Shuttle service is provided during summer seasons for the quick trip over to the beach!
This condo has a huge floor plan which makes this condo for families a true dream. Each bedroom has a full bathroom attached, large living room area that flows seamlessly into the upgraded kitchen. Stainless steel appliances and a custom kitchen table that seats 8 comfortably. Enjoy the ability to have a sit-down meal with everyone at one table. Washer and dryer in the condo allows you to be able to wash the salt away from your bathing suits and freshen up those beach towels.

**All linens are provided except beach towels, also a starter packet of paper products, trash bags, and soap. You will be required to replenish after initial use**

**We offer travel insurance for our guest for any foreseen issues during your travel or stay. Please inquire about this service as it is highly recommended with our hurricane seasons and other natural events**

Our bedrooms provide comfort and privacy, complete with TVs and gorgeous decor. Each bed will be freshly made prior to your arrival, towels and wash cloths are provided as well. Our home is made for families or groups looking to have room to relax and space to sneak away for the quieter moments as well.

The property features smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. We do not provide cable TV – streaming options only. Enjoy your entertainment experience!

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

SMART TV INFO
All our properties are equipped with state-of-the-art smart TVs. Please note that we do not offer standard cable channels. However, guests can make the most of various streaming options available on these smart TVs. Ensure you have your streaming service credentials on hand if you wish to access specific platforms.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on-call for most hours of the day. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.
