From nine floors up, the shoreline feels expansive and calming, with ocean air drifting in through the balcony doors. The Neighborhood:  
  
Complete with views of the ocean, an LED TV, a full-sized refrigerator, and wood-like tile floors. Fantastic location with easy access to nearby entertainment venues like Alabama Theatre and House of Blues. The vistas and the tropical pool area are simply amazing. The Sky Wheel is around 15 minutes away, and Family Kingdom Amusement Park is about 25 minutes away.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
Using ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft is strongly recommended. Additionally, there is Turo

This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room—please treat it like a home. Keycard info and pickup instructions will be provided for a smooth check-in.

Beach chairs/umbrellas available for rent from lifeguards.  
  
No daily maid service—cleaning or towel exchange can be arranged for a fee if needed.

\- There is an ongoing structural maintenance taking place at the resort, focusing on the balconies and exterior columns. Construction crews will be working on different sections of the building. Guests may experience some construction noise during the day. Workers may also be on exterior scaffolding, temporarily obstructing some views. For privacy, guests can close curtains when crews are nearby. Please expect possible noise, and pool shut off, and limited access to the balconies during operation hours for safety purposes.

Easy check in and out. Noisy neighbor on floor but not hosts fault. It was perfect for me to relax and watch the ocean. Just wish they would have said indoor pool would be closed because I was looking forward to swimming. I would stay again if it was just me. Great location and easy to find

Our stay at Julie's condo was really enjoyable. The facility is wonderful, the view is terrific, and the location is great. We would definitely recommend it to others, and would stay there again.

The condo had an amazing view of the pools and beach. The condo was adequately equipped although it was just my sister and I staying there. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the condo very cool on some hot summer days. Julie was very responsive and answered texts right away. Emails and texts provided clear instructions for check in/out which made those processes very easy. There were a couple of cleaning issues that were communicated to Julie and she responded back almost immediately which I appreciated. Overall we had a good experience and some great sister time.

It was perfect for us and a great price! We were there for baseball spring break with our son. There was a lot of communication before our stay but that all made arrival and deleting the rental so smooth. They answered any of our questions quickly and completely. The accommodation included bands for pool and beach access. It completely met our needs. No issues at all during our stay.

About 1/2 mile from Alabama concert venue! Lots of restaurants close by, Food Lion less than a mile away. Condo on the beach with a great view. Wish the weather had cooperated!

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Cover Resort! Our family was looking for heated pools and hot tubs since the temperatures would be cool. We were very happy with this choice. The view of the ocean was lovely, the condo itself was very clean and as described, and it met all our needs. It was easy to park and the elevators were fast. Various restaurants and shopping were close but still needed to drive to them. The resort overall is a bit dated but clean. One negative would be the lack of hooks in the condo to hang towels, suits, and clothing to dry on. Would recommend overall!

#### Great stay, amenities, and location for the price

Had a wonderful stay here. Property was very clean. There was a minor issue with the toilet not flushing however the communication reply by the rental property was extremely quick and the issue was resolved immediately. Check in and out was very easy process was very easy. Can not go wrong for the price!

Julie was a great host that checked on us to make sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. The room met our needs perfectly. We enjoyed using all of the pools and the easy access to the beach. Would come back again!
