Summary: Welcome to this incredible oceanfront condo! The unit is in Sea Marsh II, which is about as far North as you can go in North Myrtle Beach. The unit is completely updated and has enough room for up to 8 guests, so bring the entire family to enjoy this beautiful view! The Space: It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. Parking: Easy access private parking garage. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: From the parking garage, take an elevator to your unit and it will be self check-in with a keypad access code. Kitchen: Newly updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Coffee machine. Family room: Large family room area with oceanfront views. Sleeper sofa. Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed. TV. Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1\. Bedroom 2: Comfortable king bed. Bathroom 2: Full bathroom. Bedroom 3: Two single beds. Bathroom 3: Full bathroom. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer. A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel. Pier: Pier is not for public use and can only be used by patrons of the nearby building.
