The size and location are perfect. The place was not thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival. The sheets and towels were in a bag and unmarked as to what size the sheets were. We opened a couple that did not fit the bed. It would helpful to mark the bed size on the plastic. There were missing light bulbs and some burned out. 3 of the burner knobs were broken on the stove and there was a cracked window. Several chairs at the kitchen table have loose and broken legs. There needs to be an inspection, by management to repair these items before it's rented again.

Pineapple Palace was perfect for our large group in town for my niece's graduation! The elevator allowed our elderly parents to enjoy and be a part of the celebration. The views and beach access are excellent! Beautiful sunsets every night! Location is perfect as well. I also appreciated the roominess and the multiple appliances. However, the furniture, bedding, etc., all need to be replaced.

Beach and Bacon vacation for family of 20

My husband and I and our 5 married adult children and their families enjoyed our vacation here very much. We loved being so close to the beach and really enjoyed the swimming pool. We didn't know the house had an elevator before we arrived, which was good because we were not too disappointed when it often did not work. Thankfully, it did work when we arrived and unloaded our van and it did work when we loaded our van for our departure. We had 10 grandchildren there, ages 1 to 12, and they really enjoyed the house. The house seems a little run down, with various things broken or not working well, but was very clean when we arrived so kudos to the cleaning crew. Some of the burners on the stove didn't work, but enough did, so we could cook for our big family. It was great having 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators in the kitchen for our large family. One of the refrigerators leaked water some, but we just kept a towel on the floor by it, so it didn't effect our vacation. All in all, we had a very wonderful vacation there and I spent a lot of time cooking countless packages for bacon and lots of other things.

Wonderful Beach Escape - Even in November!

We are so lucky to have found this property! It was the perfect spot for spending a long weekend with good friends from all over. The living spaces (kitchen, living room, and bonus room on the fourth floor) were perfect for our party of 21 - everyone was comfortable and we could be together without being on top of one another. This is one of the few houses we've stayed in where the bedroom configurations works well for adults or kids, no worrying about bunk beds. Check-in was an absolute breeze and we had no issues with the property during our stay. The kitchen is decently stocked with cookware, but be prepared to bring your own paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, etc. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

Golf trip with friends.

We were a little back that the hot tub wasn't working. The lower store room was an absolute mess. Kitchen sink cabinet door was missing. Light bulbs were burnt out. Top of shower door hasn't be cleaned in weeks. Pool was dirty. Ian damage understandably not repaired. But, the house served our purpose. All under 1 roof.

Floor Plan

If we had been able to see a floor plan of the property before arriving it would have helped in figuring out what rooms for which family. What we thought were two bedrooms with connecting bathrooms between the rooms turned out to be that you had to go through one bedroom to get to the bathroom. This was the situation on two sets of rooms on the top floor.
