The apartment was clean when I arrived. The 2 bedrooms both connect to the bathroom. There was 6 of each of the towels, hand towels, washcloths, plates, cups, bowls & utensils. Sufficient amount of pots/pans/utensils to cook a meal. There was also a toaster, blender and keurig - coffee pods and sugar in a canister. You have to walk around the building to the beach - follow the public access that runs between this building and the next. It is directly across from a boardwalk, so easy to access the beach. Charcoal grill outside and places to sit under the covered porch and in the front of the building. I don't know about noise of neighbors as I had the entire building to myself. There was a recent review from a young lady and I should have heeded her warning. Everything she stated was true in regards to the cleanliness. My issues were that in addition to the old mattress in the solo queen room. Me and my wife woke up with intense back pain. The mattress was eventually replaced after a day and the maintenance man saying the springs were shot, but we had to endure 2 nights of uncomfortable sleep. Here is the kicker and if you are expecting to be able to do any kind of work or any kind of streaming understand that the wifi is damn near unusable. There is an access point in the unit, but they will ask you to connect to the one that is in another. They knew the wifi was an issue in this unit, but instead of fixing tried unsuccessfully to provide a band-aid. We could connect to one of the access points they suggested we try. While we could connect we would drop ever so often and trying to watch anything on tv was frustrating and you can forget trying to attend any meetings via video chat. These wifi issues were never addressed and we went the entire week without usable wifi. Because of these issues we asked for a partial refund. Not a full or half, but a simple gesture acknowledging the issues we had. They declined. Stay here at your own risk. Oct 1, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great location The condo was clean but since there wasn’t a dishwasher, I washed all the dishes and wiped down all the cabinets (my OCD). The pictures made it look a little larger than it was. Although there was a closet and dresser in each bedroom, there wasn’t much room to put things. I understand that the units were newly renovated. The bathroom had a nice lighted mirror but it was the only mirror in the unit. Hard for 2 women to get ready at the same time. No hangers for towels after showers, bathing suits or beach towels. There are steps down to the road in the front (could use some handrails) or you have to walk down to the end of the block and down to get to the beach. The porch area was nice and well lit but if you bring your pet, be careful of the ants in the yard. We were lucky that the people upstairs were nice and quiet. We had a great time and recommend for maybe 2 people. Any more might be tight quarters. Pet friendly condos are hard to find. This one was nice! ##### Elizabeth Jeannie G. We could go back and forth to the beach and the property during the day very easily! Close to many great restaurants! The WiFi was very spotty and extremely slow for downloading music and books to take to the beach, and for searching restaurants/things to do.
