Check in process was smooth and easy. The location of this property is fantastic. The pool is very well maintained by a local gentleman who was great to talk to. The interior of the home, however, is in bad shape. There was mold in almost every cabinet in the kitchen and mold growing around the primary kitchen faucet. One utensil drawer was stuck completely closed due to the amount of stuff inside of it and when we were able to finally get it opened, the amount of mold on the utensils showed that it was likely that the drawer had not been opened in a very long time. Due to seeing mold throughout the fridge and filtered water portion of the fridge in the primary kitchen, we also did not use ice or water from the fridge. There was also evidence of mold in a few of the bathrooms and one bathroom had a severely broken flush mechanism. When looking at some of the walls on the interior of the home, there is also evidence of mold in several places. Linens were dropped appropriately but very poorly marked. The bedroom layout of the home does allow for you to spread out if you are a larger group. There is a nice, functioning wine fridge in the primary kitchen along with a smaller beverage fridge just inside from where the pool is located. Upon arrival, the primary floor AC was not working. Someone was sent in a timely fashion to get it back up and running. A grill is listed- please note it is a very small charcoal grill which is photographed in the listing.

Renovations is Needed

“ **Rental Property Review: A Disappointing Experience** My family and I recently stayed at this property for what we hoped would be a relaxing vacation, but unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property had not been properly cleaned. The house was dusty and dirty, with a sticky residue in the kitchen that made meal preparation unpleasant. The appliances in the kitchen were also not cleaned, which only added to the discomfort. The issues didn't stop there. We found mold in the laundry room, which was not only unsightly but also a potential health hazard. The odor in the house was very unpleasant, and it lingered throughout our stay, making it difficult to feel comfortable in the space. The bedding provided was another point of frustration. The sheets didn't fit the beds properly, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. To top it off, the toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet, which was both inconvenient and uncomfortable, the water handle on in the second floor bathroom was damaged and difficult to use, and the floors were extremely dirty. Also the home is very dated and is in need of some renovation. The pictures on the site are not true. Overall, this property was not at all what we expected. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance significantly impacted our vacation. I would not recommend this property to others, especially for families looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay. ”
