This cute 2 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront unit will accommodate a family of 7 with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Double and 1 Twin in bedroom 2 and 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room.

This 1st floor walk-up has everything you can need for a week at the beach! Enjoy the oceanfront balcony off the spacious living room and the fully equipped kitchen for when you want to come off the beach and eat in. The unit is also equipped with 2 TV's, DVD and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Located in the Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach you are just minutes from all the Beach Attractions and favorite Restaurants! The on-site amenities include a oceanfront outdoor pool, outdoor shower, on-site parking and free Wifi.

We enjoyed the easy, close access to the beach and hearing the ocean waves from the deck. The condo is adequate for our needs. It could use some updating and paint, but overall was fine. The shower in the main bedroom is small and anyone over 5.5 will not fit under the shower head but water pressure was good. Beds were comfy. We liked the peace and quiet of the area too. Check in was easy.

Right near beach

Very relaxing, it was just the two of us so there was plenty of space. The washer and dryer were a nice bonus. Being so close to the beach was amazing. I booked it because the price per night was super cheap but it was way more expensive with the added fees, so that was a little disappointing. I think 200 for a cleaning fee might be a little high.

I like to be able to see the sunrise in the morning and the ocean noise with the grass blowing right in front of us. Had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay and the unit was the right size for us. Some updating is needed as the front door needs to be replaced, the bathroom fan sound like a helicopter and the furniture is very uncomfortable. Parking can be a little trying when the units are full.

kitchen not great

Kitchen had very old cabinets badly in need of updating. Drawers had no stoppers and would fall out if not careful when opening. ALL drinking glasses and dishes were breakable and very thick and heavy. Nothing kid friendly. Entry door needs replacing badly. NO safe for valuables while at beach. Did not feel comfortable leaving valuables in unit with the entry door damaged. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms ok.

Enjoyed our stay in this rental

Overall we enjoyed our vacation in this rental unit. Proximity to the beach couldnt be closer. First floor was also a plus. Cons: 1. No kettle 2. Some plates and mugs were chipped. 3. Noisy AC on balcony 4. Vibration noise from AC in primary bedroom FYI to owner, looked like the dryer vent hadn't been cleaned in months. Could have caused a fire. Maybe better messaging to remind people to clean it.

The area was nice. The condo needs updating and a good cleaning! The air conditioner was very annoying as it is extremely noisy. The access to beach is awesome and area was nice.

Amazing place and beautiful scenery!

The pictures were just as the place is. Very clean, and easy access to private beach front. I highly recommend booking a vacation with North Beach Reality. Beautiful views at the ocean from upfront even when we were tired from swimming on the ocean and the relaxing pool. 5 Stars! (If they have 10, I’d give it a 10).

Perfect Location

perfect location on the 1st floor located at the top of the steps. just a few steps away from the pool and beach access ans very quiet. we had a group of 4 adults and 3 kids and had adequate space for us all. kitchen was large enough for us to cook meals. bedroom was large enough to set up a pack & play for our infant to sleep.

We had a great stay. It served us every purpose needed for our stay. Even had some extra chairs if we needed them for the beach. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. For me and my son it was perfect for what we needed!

Definitely very dated, but for the money it's a good stay

Location is fantastic. Close to everything but doesn't feel busy. Quiet at night (unless you get the fireworks guy on the beach at 11pm), and great view. We had a great time, I would just say that compared to other places we've stayed in SC and FL, this unit definitely feels VERY dated. It's clean for sure, but could definitely use some attention. Showers in particular, and the washing machine felt like it would die at any moment. Not that any sleeper sofa is a good night's sleep, but this one may have been the worst I've been on. Again, nothing major, just some minor things which could very easily be updated for not much $. With that said, we would stay there again if we return.

Family Beach Trip

overall we had a great time and the location on the beach was perfect! A few things they could improve on the condo would be to upgrade the kitchen utensils and kitchen pots and pans (there was rust and old scorch burns that we had to scrub off) new comforters especially on the master bed and a few more hangers. The apartment felt very humid here compared to where we stayed last year and the furniture was also outdated. The pool was great!! It felt great after a long hot day at the beach!

Fun peaceful get away

Just wanted a quiet place to get away that was on the beach. This place was so cute and easy to find. My friends and I came here to get away from work life craziness and just relax.
