We went for a guys golf weekend. There are two courses less than a mile away and great access to many other venues short distances away.The house was in great condition, as advertised. Plenty of stuff available in the kitchen. We played cornhole under the house when it was raining outside, it was great to still be able to be outside even on a rainy day! I would note that it is walkable to get to the beach but if you have many things to carry, you would probably want to drive the half mile and use the public beach access parking as it would be a little far to carry a lot. That wasn't really a problem for my group but just FYI.The host was extremely responsive as well to a few simple requests and was very easy to get in touch with. Make sure everyone in your party knows the door code because it will automatically lock you out after a few minutes. This is a good safety feature though for people who may forget to lock the doors.
