From the beginning from booking to check-in and check out host Shannon was the absolute best. Very accommodating and patient. The home was very neat and clean and nicely decorated. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is very quiet. Home is very spacious for a small family. We have eight adults with us and we’re very comfortable. I have stayed at many rental properties ( VRBO and Air B&B) in the past and this place is far superior to any other place that I have stayed. Extremely clean, plenty of bed pillows which was wonderful, large house, large bedrooms. The entire home seemed to be newly renovated. Plenty of parking! Make sure everyone in your party knows the door code because it will automatically lock you out after a few minutes. This is a good safety feature though for people who may forget to lock the doors. We went for a guys golf weekend. There are two courses less than a mile away and great access to many other venues short distances away.The house was in great condition, as advertised. Plenty of stuff available in the kitchen. We played cornhole under the house when it was raining outside, it was great to still be able to be outside even on a rainy day! I would note that it is walkable to get to the beach but if you have many things to carry, you would probably want to drive the half mile and use the public beach access parking as it would be a little far to carry a lot. That wasn't really a problem for my group but just FYI.The host was extremely responsive as well to a few simple requests and was very easy to get in touch with.
