Welcome to Bikini Top at Bikini Cove! You are steps away from Cherry Grove Beach (less than a block away), close to the famous "Point" and the Cherry Grove Pier. This large unit (top floor of a duplex) is 1600 sq ft and boasts four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a king sized bed in the master with a private bath, two full size beds in both the second and third bedrooms with jack and Jill bath, and one queen bed in the fourth bedroom with private bathroom. There is a flat screen/smart tv in the living room and each bedroom and wifi. There is plenty of space in the open floor plan kitchen/dining/living area with vaulted ceilings, central air, private washer and dryer, storage area for beach accessories, and hardwood floors throughout (no carpet). This unit has vaulted ceilings throughout and no one above you. Enjoy the spacious kitchen with the comforts of home that includes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (standard and a Keurig), and granite countertops. Outside you have a large pool the whole family can enjoy, ample parking (fit up to four cars), charcoal grills to cook up some burgers, and an outdoor shower to rinse all the sand after a day at the beach. When you want to relax there are rocking chairs on the large back deck to enjoy the sunrise while overlooking the large pool and canal. The pool is shared between two units, this unit-Bikini Top and Bikini Bottom. If this unit isn’t big enough for the entire family, Bikini Top can also be rented with the lower similar unit (Bikini Bottom) for larger gatherings. This is perfect for families/friends that want to vacation together, but would like separate spaces Please message us directly if you're interested in renting both units together and have the whole pool to yourselves. Your toughest decision will be if you want to spend the day by the sparkling pool or take a short walk to one of the top beaches in the country. This house is less than a block to beautiful Cherry Grove Beach and a 4 minute drive to Cherry Grove Pier. There's no reason to leave man's best friend at home the next time you go on vacation, dogs are welcome. This house is also blocks from Heritage Shores Nature Preserve and Cherry Grove Boat Ramp. It’s perfect for fishing and also has walking paths and picnic areas. Also, close by you will find the shops and restaurants on Sea Mountain Highway. Dog Friendly- Dogs accepted with $75 non refundable fee. Additional $50 fee for a second dog. Larger dogs are accepted on a case by case basis. No Smoking/Vaping Allowed in the Unit or on the porch or in the Pool Area No PARTIES/EVENTS/UNAUTHORIZED or UNREGISTERED GUESTS on premises, including pool area- QUIET HOURS 10pm-7am 25 Years Age Minimum for Primary Booking Guest Rents Saturday-Saturday during the majority of the year Private Pool-shared by this unit and Bikini Top Linens/bath towels included in price (beach towels are not included) Starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, trash bags, and starter roll of paper towels included Guests must register the final guest count prior to arrival, Max capacity is 12, if more than 12 guests inadvertently stay at the property a $75 per person per night fee will be immediately applied. The ice maker is inoperable and is not listed as an amenity. Cancellations for unauthorized guests are at the discretion of the host The pool is cleaned once a week during the colder months and twice a week beginning in April. Guests are responsible for skimming the pool daily if debris is in the pool. If guests want an additional cleaning they can ask for the request and will be responsible for the cost of the additional cleaning. Plenty of room throughout the house, so we could have a little privacy from the girls slumber party. Nice area around the pool to grill; and the view from the decks of the marsh areas was serene. Brad was very responsive to all of our questions and made every accommodation request a reality for us. Great house if you like being just outside the hussle and bussle of the Myrtle Beach area. We consider our dogs a major part of our family and this listing made it possible to include them in our beach vacation. The beach access was close and was not crowded. Shopping of all sorts was easily available close by. Brad answered all communications promptly making it easy to finalize our trip plans, knowing what was provided and what we needed to bring. He must be as big a pet lover as we are since he made it so easy to bring them with us. I wiil not forget how easy it was to work with him for our great vacation. A block away from a Beautiful beach, 50 ft from a canal to fish, and 3 blocks from state park and fishing bridge. The house was huge and laid out well. Clean and very nice. Big washer and dryer, plus had a big area to store beach stuff right outside of your door. Which made it nice so you didn't drag all the sand into the house. Had a nice sized pool with a lot of seating to sun bath or chill in the shade under the deck area. Great place for adults and children. The only negatives to the stay was the pet thing. We got checked in an hour late do to all the extra clean up of dog hair every where and the dog hair clogging the two tub drains. Plus the people renting the other half, they're dog did nothing but bark all day and evening till the people came back to the room. Which was very annoying. Other than that it was a really great place, a really great area, and price for the place. If we go back in the future to North Myrtle beach, we would definitely stay here again. ##### Shawn K. This year seemed to be fun and peaceful, imagine that. It works well at Bikini Cove. Plenty of room, love the pool, could use less stairs, maybe we’ll get lower next year. Thanks so much Brad. There was plenty of space for everyone, great balcony with rocking chairs, extremely close to the beach and the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. We had 4 families and 3 dogs able to be more then comfortable in this home. We got extremely lucky and there were no other renters when we were there. My niece and nephew enjoyed being able to use the pool anytime they wanted and it was only out the back door. There was plenty of area for our dogs to walk around. The walk to the beach was minimal, which is perfect when taking all your beach toys with you.
