Unit location was perfect and had plenty of space. Upon arrival, unit was found filthy, with poorly made beds and a strong smell of smoke/cigarettes/staleness. My wife had to clean the floor, wipe down the kitchen table & chairs, vacuum the living room rug and remake my children's bed. Booking through VRBO and checking in with Elliot Reality, we were charged a cleaning/service fee and we had to clean ourselves.
