The unit was as described, nothing fancy and the complex is a little worn and outdated, but it fit our needs just fine. The location was great, steps from the beach and it was clean enough for us to just relax and enjoy a week at the beach. Beautiful beach views from the balcony, we enjoyed our stay with family. Bathrooms need updating and a lock box or door code would be more convenient than having to obtain keys at the main office. We killed quite a few water bugs (large roaches) and spiders. Although linen and towels were supplied they were very old and worn. The pool was listed on the VRBO, the HOA apparently has control over it and decided to close it at 5 so vacationers couldn’t relax in the pool or hot tub in the evenings.
