The balcony was awesome. Lots of seating space. My 91 year old mother traveled with us and she really enjoyed setting and watching the ocean and people. We also loved how close it was to the beach. So we packed everything only to find that those items were there. So that was a bit confusing but a nice surprise. I wish we had known that prior, as it would have a lot of time and effort on our part. Apart from that, the host had prompt and helpful communication. The place was wonderful. It has a well-stocked kitchen, where you only need to bring spices. There is a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. The location is amazing. Right on the beach and it's great for fishing. The indoor pool was also nice and the kids enjoyed that. Parking was easy and they have luggage carts and grocery carts to help load/unload. The unit was beautiful. The beds were great. The furniture on the back porch was great and nice to watch the sunrise on. We really had a wonderful time and will book again in the future! ##### Christine H.
