Corner Unit - Wrap-around Ocean Views - Shoreham II 5A

  • Shoreham Towers II is one of the most exclusive, unique oceanfront buildings in North Myrtle Beach. Few homeowners rent, so the beachfront is not crowded like at the large resorts. Our 1650 square foot corner unit features ceiling-to-floor, wrap-around windows and balconies off every room. The views up and down the coastline are spectacular! We take great care and pleasure in maintaining and updating our five homes - Shoreham Towers I (VRBO 114270) and Shoreham Towers II (VRBO 116213, 116219, 87388, 223696)

    We do not use an agency. Owner, Margaret Williams, would like to speak with all first time renters after the unit is booked and VRBO provides personal information. Cleanliness is a top priority.

    This unit is beautifully furnished and equipped with many comforts and amenities of home. Furniture is kept in good condition, mattresses are top-quality, and cleanliness is absolutely essential! We provide departure cleaning and linens. Sleeping accommodations are king in master, queen in second, twins in third.

    Home has four televisions, DVD, and Wi-Fi high speed internet access. There is ample on-site parking and a secured lobby. Garbage chutes are on every floor. Grilling, picnic area, and bathrooms are poolside. Also on beach level is a private storage unit with beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys (supply varies due to the elements).

    Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. We are a NON-SMOKING condominium, and this policy applies to the balcony area as well. For security purposes we have a Ring camera at the front door. There are no cameras inside the unit. No pets, no motorcycles allowed on property. Only adults over 25 and families.

Best Condos on the Beach!

We love these condos- they are the best on the beach! Super clean and always comfortable stay with lots of great views. Owner (Margaret) is great to work with if there are any issues. Look forward to vacationing again next year in one of the Williams' condos!

One of the best Places I had stayed in. Beautifully decorated. Owner thought of everything. Lots of windows, making for awesome views. Even saw Dolphins out in the ocean. Would highly recommend this place to put on your bucket list!!

2 days rain but we were located right on the beach so we can watch the waves which was very relaxing. The rest of week was beautiful. The condo was clean and well supplied and exactly as presented on the site. Would definitely recommend staying here

Great condo and beach!

This condo is so nice very clean and updated.Lots of nice extras to help your stay like dish soap paper products coffee and filters.The host reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and was available for us if needed.The beach is so quiet and very clean the pool was also clean . Wonderful!

This is the nicest place I have stayed in Myrtle Beach. It is the cleanest of any VRBO I have stayed at. The windows looking out at the ocean are floor to ceiling and make it feel like you are next to the water. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen has many pots, pans and anything you need. I can’t wait to come back.

Fall Getaway

This property is fantastic and Margret is awesome! We enjoyed our stay here. Everything you need for a great getaway. Comfortable beds, well kept condo that has everything you will need for your stay. View’s you will love right out on the balcony. The beach at your doorstep with beach chairs available for your use in the sand room lock-up. We will come back here again for sure!

The perfect get away!

My adult children and I came to Myrtle Beach to rest and unwind from a long and grueling Buffalo winter. Our trip could not have been better - the condo is beautiful and has all of the amenities that we needed. The patio - perfection! Ideal for watching the sunrise every morning. Our weather in April was sunny and warm every day. I LOVED our stay and am trying to figure out when I can go back!! I would highly recommend this beautiful space, go and enjoy yourselves!

Shoreham II 5-A

Beautiful views from both inside and out of condo. Perfect private location with easy access to all other areas of Myrtle Beach. Condo contained everything needed indoor and out. Cannot say enough about the efficiency, professionalism, kindness and goal of owner to make sure our stay was top shelf. We wouldn’t hesitate to reserve this unit again.

Was amazing! Great view of beach, beautiful clean condo, great communication with Margeret. One minor glitch, not fault of Margeret or condo though. She immediately dealt with the situation and cleared it up for us. Would definetly request to stay here or any of her properties again.

Major North Myrtle beach check offs!

We have stayed many times in North Myrtle over the years and this was by far the best location. There was never an issue with parking, never an issue getting the elevator or even waiting for it. Never an issue with noise. There are bathrooms by the pool so that you don’t have to run up to your room. Only a few steps up to the beach not a long pier with many steps. Never a line to use the outside shower to wash off the sand. The condo itself was by far the best stocked and we brought everything from home. Soaps, cleaning products, trash bags etc. Very clean and comfortable. The washer and dryer worked very well which is a major bonus for a family of 6. The owner clearly has a very well operated rental process with following up with customer during the week to see if we needed anything. Great week!

Exceptional

The pictures don’t do the size of the condo justice. We were surprised at how big it was. There was 6 of us, 2 adults and 4 kids. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other like we have at past places. The location was great. The beach was not too crowded. The condo itself had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. There’s a full size washer and dryer in the unit which was a bonus. Margaret was great with communication! The only “complaint” from me and it really isn’t even a complaint was that there wasn’t any other kids there and a lot of middle aged people and so when we were at the pool and the older people were there, I felt like I was ruining their quiet time because my kids were loud and playing. It may have just been the week we were there too. Maybe different weeks there will be other kids. I just kind of felt like mine were being annoying to others. Overall though, it was a fantastic week and I highly recommend staying here!
