The stairs are pretty steep going up to the property so beware. The toilet downstairs was leaking after a few flushes. There was dirt and dust on the floor and no electrical outlet cover on one of the outlets in the kitchen- not safe for children. We went to the beach one day and came back and one had been put on, which was obviously good but we were not notified that anyone was coming in the house so it made us a little uneasy. What if we had been in the shower or something? Otherwise the house is in a great location and worked well for our needs. Thank you! ##### Ann Marie B. Breanna was very rude and was not considerate of the concerns we had. We reported a leak in the property and we never heard back from the office. We ended up meeting the owner of the property and she told us what to do. She was very professional and cared for our safety.
