There is nothing between You and the view and sounds of the Ocean from the comfort of the OVERSIZED BALCONY. For your use, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the conveniences and many appliances you would expect in a home of this quality. The master bedroom has a King Size Bed, Smart TV, en suite bathroom, and private entrance to the main balcony. The second and third bedrooms feature 2 Queen-sized beds with bathrooms of their own. The living room includes a Smart TV, sleeper sofa with ample seating, new rocking recliner, and of course that Amazing Ocean View as far as you can see. This balcony is furnished with chairs and table, perfect for outside dining and relaxing with Family and Friends. \*All linens are provided\* as well as having an in-unit LG Single Unit Front Load 4.5 cu. ft. Washer and 7.2 cu. ft. The views were amazing and the rooms had a good amount of space. It was great to have access to the pools and ocean right there. A lot of shops and restaurants were within walking distances too, so it was nice to be close to everything. They had enough dishwasher pods, and garbage bags which was nice because a lot rentals don't have this. The owners were super nice and easy to work with. They called me and checked in multiple times before and during the trip, which was so nice to be able to discuss any questions we had. They reached out to us as soon as we decided to rent their home. They checked on us through the stay to make sure the accommodations met our needs. In addition, the Avista Resort has a great staff that welcomes you as soon as you check in. All the areas are clean and well kept. The resort rental was 3 bedrooms that is well stocked with the basic needs and CLEAN. We were able to cook an Easter dinner for 6 people with ease with the well-equipped kitchen.
