Come and enjoy a great family or golf vacation and feel right at home in this beautiful three bedroom villa in our very popular Havens community. With over 1,350 square feet in this second floor end unit, there is plenty of room for everyone in your group to relax and enjoy.

The great room offers upscale furnishings, splendid appointments and ample seating room for everyone with a full sofa, love seat and occasional chair. No one gets left out of the fun or conversation with the open floor plan in this villa. The entertainment center includes a TV and DVD player so bring along your favorite DVD movies for indoor fun.

Any chef will be delighted with the gourmet kitchen, fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a wonderful meal. There are two BBQ grills and a picnic table at the pool area too. The lovely inside dining area seats six. There is a private master suite with a king size bed, triple dresser, two closets and a private bath suite for added convenience. There is one queen suite off the great room that has a TV, full closet and chest storage. An additional queen bedroom suite, with two full closets and a TV, is off the entrance foyer. A second full bath serves both the queen suites. The villa also features a laundry room off the hall.
