"1. The elevator itself and the area was very dirty. Never vacuumed 2. No soap in the washroom. Had to go and ask specifically 3. The wifi was terrible. Takes hours to connect and if connected, Keeps disconnecting frequently. 4. The breakfast area is very small. Often long queues."
