It is located between the outlets and the center of town so you're in the mix of it all. Most come to hike, shop or enjoy the peace and quiet of Mother Nature. Our spot provides the NH country feel and space you're looking for. The convenience of being so close to it all also helps. It has a full kitchen / dining room, living room with a massive couch that can fit the whole family, 3 bedrooms (1 currently is for storage only), 2 bathrooms and includes a washer / dryer. Enjoy all of what North Conway has to offer season to season. One of the bathrooms was out of order and locked, which created a big inconvenience for 4 adults. We were not informed of this change. The fridge had food in it and a note not to touch it! the trash can was full and smelled of diapers and was not removed until the 3rd day we were there. The pans in the cabinet were dirty with oil and left over food, seems like were put back without being washed. The cabinets, table and chairs were sticky and the overused plastic plates were very consumed and were not usable. The place overall had a persistent, pungent dog smell. The grass was a foot high. The biggest disappointment was that the unit was advertised as two bathrooms, but one of the bathroom doors was locked and no access. The location was great- heart of N. Conway and 15 minutes to Attitash. Not a lot of extra fees and reasonable cost. Great communication. The one thing that bothered us was the overwhelming foul smell from the water- it resolved after a day or so and was likely from the hot water heater as it had probably sat for a while. I had a great time staying at this great property in North Conway and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location is ideal, making it easy to get to and surrounded by a variety of great places to eat, many of which are just a short walk away. The home itself is incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. It is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful atmosphere. There are so many activities to enjoy in the immediate area, from hiking and outdoor adventures to shopping and exploring local attractions. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or an active getaway, this place has it all. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to return in the future. ##### Gary V. The beds were very comfortable, great WiFi, great water pressure & plenty of hot water ( 2 full bathrooms), the A/C was powerful, plenty of comfortable furniture to sit in, the washer/dryer were very convenient, the soap dispensers in the bathrooms were a plus, and the place was local to so many restaurants & attractions.
