We had never stayed in a place that was so well stocked with everything we could possibly need, including dishes, pick up bags and flashlight handy for our dog. The backyard is fenced - great for the dog - with a patio with a table and chairs and cute overhead lights - great for the humans and dog. The neighbors were friendly. The outside could use a little attention, but it being springtime we are sure that will happen. Our only issue, and we know it is no fault of the owner, was the neighbors’ barking dogs which woke us up each night we were there. The interior was clean and nicely decorated. It had all the amenities we needed. The property manager was fantastic and desired to make sure our stay was 5 star. The proximity to the attractions in Charleston was perfect. The only issue is the appearance of the neighborhood and the noise level. The area is a bit run down and there are lots of barking dogs and traffic noise at night. Overall our stay was enjoyable and affordable. ##### Mary J. The food was great. The house was super cute and nice inside. It was clean and not cluttered (so appreciate that). The drive way was large enough for the boat. We were minutes from the WO Thomas marina( it was a great boat launch). We stopped at Marvins Seafood one day and it was incredible ( fun /good crab cakes and fryed shrimp). Thanks so much. May 30, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Best rental property experience I came to Charleston for some medical treatment and needed to stay for a few days. This rental property was cozy, clean, and beautiful. The owner was very communicative ahead of time and check in was super simple. I couldn’t have chosen a better rental for this stay. It was the most well-stocked property I’ve ever stayed at, reducing my anxiety, as I found the couple things I forgot or didn’t think about. There was plenty of room for what I had brought and I truly was so comfortable preparing for and recovering from what I was there for. My dog was also so comfortable and enjoyed the fenced in yard. Even the check out process was incredibly simple- the best I’ve had for any rental I’ve stayed at. The property is very close to the highway and made it easy to get wherever I wanted to go, both for fun and for medical reasons. I would absolutely stay again and wish more properties were like this one. 12/10 ##### Lauren K. Appliances appear to be quite new. Well stocked kitchen. 2 couches are old in the livingroom, but comfortable. The drive into the area appears to be rather industrial, but the house is in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to get into Charleston. There's a great Deli and Lions grocery just 1/2 a mile away! The house was extremely clean and very comfortable. I have a large dog and was nice to be able to bring with no questions asked. The neighbor is transitional as stated in the description but I had no problems. I enjoyed walks out with my dog. Rosie was very accommodating. She allowed me to arrive on the day I booked and was able to extend my stay. This was a very quickly planned trip with my husband being admitted to MUSC and my living out of town.
